Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Engagetrix platform you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Engagetrix on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Engagetrix is a cloud-based organizational engagement survey platform. We provide tools to create, distribute, and analyze employee engagement surveys with anonymized results.

3. Trial Period

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance
  • Brazilian customers are billed in BRL via Asaas (PIX, Boleto, or credit card). International customers are billed in USD via Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support within 7 days of a charge

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to collect data without obtaining necessary consents from respondents
  • Attempt to identify individual respondents from anonymized survey results
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform
  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Engagetrix. We process your data solely to provide the service. Survey responses are anonymized and aggregated; individual responses are not shared with your organization administrators.

7. Uptime and Support

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible. Support is provided via email at support@engagetrix.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engagetrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
